About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure proper delivery of all products and services is completed to customer specifications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Management, Integration Centers, Finance, and other cross-functional teams regarding customer projects and orders
  • Manage logistics between Computacenter, the Integration Centers, and vendors for scheduled deliveries
  • Provide regular data and timeline updates to customers and Finance teams
  • Communicate regularly with Commercial Partner Management teams
  • Provide status reports to Account managers, project teams, and Partner Management
  • Manage and coordinate execution of all open requests, open quotes, open purchase orders, escalated orders, and at-risk projects
  • Review all Salesforce CRM reporting and assist in managing open opportunities
  • Create and maintain accurate forecasts and a database of historical deals, pricing, and technology preferences
  • Conduct general administrative project management duties as necessary
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years of inside or outside sales experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in the IT industry
  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce.com or similar ERP and CRM tools
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Customer focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to exercise discretion and independent personal judgment to accomplish goals with minimal direct supervision
  • Able to maintain effective lines of communication between high-level internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Professional self-starter able to work both independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
  • Able to take ownership of customer projects to create, maintain, and expand opportunities with customers
  • Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, OSX, Salesforce)
