About the role

  • Central point of contact for compensation matters in France
  • Manage and maintain compensation and commission plans for France
  • This includes monthly commissions, win bonuses and target agreements for management
  • Ensure correct application, calculation and payment of variable compensation
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding rules, clarifications and payout-related questions
  • Work closely with Sales, Service Management, Inside Sales, Finance, Human Resources and other key stakeholders
  • Support the day-to-day operation and further development of our global Incentive Cloud platform (Varicent)
  • Data analysis to assess the effectiveness of our pay plans and to align measures
  • Continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in compensation, finance, sales operations or another analytical corporate role is a significant advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset and a confident approach to numbers
  • Solid experience in data processing and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with incentive or commission systems (experience with Varicent is an advantage)
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive compensation data
  • German at native or near-native level (C1 or higher)
  • French B2 (required): for communication with stakeholders in France
  • English B2 (required): for daily collaboration within the global team
