About the role
- Play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering innovative solutions
- Leading customer engagements by analysing requirements and recommending effective solutions
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert during presales activities
- Designing and delivering complex Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint solutions
- Presenting confidently to customers and supporting knowledge transfer
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants
- Collaborating on larger programmes for smooth handover to support teams
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Staying current with emerging technologies and market trends
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise and strong leadership capability
- Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory
- Strong SharePoint expertise
- Experience designing and delivering complex, multi-technology solutions
- Graduate-level background or equivalent experience
- Relevant technical certifications or accreditations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate large, virtual technical teams
- Understanding of how technology solutions drive real business value
