About the role
- Collaborate with distributors, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare customer-specific quotes and handle time-sensitive inquiries
- Manage and optimize customer-specific inventory levels
- Identify and implement process improvements and contribute to projects
- Support international customers and assist with international projects
Requirements
- Commercial/business qualification or, alternatively, a university degree with relevant professional experience
- Experience in quotation preparation and order processing
- Experience in process or support management is desirable
- Strong relationship-management skills, with organizational and analytical capabilities
- Strong communication skills in German and English for interactions with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
