About the role

  • Promote exceptional communication and customer service, acting as an employee-experience ambassador within the organisation

Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2 level), with excellent verbal and written abilities
  • Solid knowledge of Polish employment law essentials and strong understanding of HR practices
  • Completed studies or professional experience in HR (min. 2 years in a similar position)
  • Proven experience working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Enova365
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Remedy, or another ticketing system
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach to prioritising workload and multitasking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
