About the role
- Leader with vision sought for a team that truly makes an impact
- Take ownership of a central area within Inside Sales
- Lead a large team of around 80 colleagues, including 6 direct team leaders
- Manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash process from quotation to invoicing
- Work closely with Sales to further develop structures and organizational setup
- Create a growth-oriented environment for the team
Requirements
- A degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally managing large teams and leading managers
- Deep understanding of inside sales, IT sourcing, or procurement
- Strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration skills and a clear focus on organizational development
- Strong communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and empathetic leadership, including in virtual and complex environments
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
