About the role

  • Work together with the members of different IT support teams and communicate with users
  • Answering and support queries via tools, phone and email
  • Resolving IT issues of our partners
  • Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
  • Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved to the competent teams
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Advanced level of Dutch or German is a plus
  • Interested in learning about IT
  • Logical thinking and enjoy helping other people to solving issues
  • Outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
  • Ability to do multitasking
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Respect the time schedule and are punctual
