About the role
- Work together with the members of different IT support teams and communicate with users
- Answering and support queries via tools, phone and email
- Resolving IT issues of our partners
- Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
- Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved to the competent teams
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Advanced level of Dutch or German is a plus
- Interested in learning about IT
- Logical thinking and enjoy helping other people to solving issues
- Outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
- Ability to do multitasking
- Enjoy working in a team
- Respect the time schedule and are punctual
