About the role
- Lead technical delivery of AV/VC systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and client training
- Perform site surveys, review drawings, and provide technical support to project and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, company processes, and customer requirements
- Produce accurate project documentation and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive project success
- Liaising with the technical team to confirm technical product specifications
- Manage and supervise the field-based installation team, ensuring project objectives are successful
Requirements
- Good experience in AV/VC engineering
- Strong knowledge of network cabling, IP fundamentals, and AV technologies (Teams, Zoom, Polycom, Cisco, Logitech)
- Skilled in commissioning, troubleshooting, and control systems
- Experience around Project Management controls, including Change Management, Risk and Project Plans
- Valid CSCS/ECS card, SMSTS or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Security Clearance (or the willingness to undertake this)
