Requirements
- You speak English fluently (min. B2 level)
- You have proven experience of working at Service Desk: IT support, customer support, helpdesk
- You have excellent proven customer service skills
- You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
- You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
- You have the ability to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy teamwork
