Requirements

  • You speak English fluently (min. B2 level)
  • You have proven experience of working at Service Desk: IT support, customer support, helpdesk
  • You have excellent proven customer service skills
  • You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
  • You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
  • You have the ability to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy teamwork
