About the role

  • Take responsibility for the Quote-to-Cash value chain for dedicated customer teams
  • Hold technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility — from headcount planning and recruitment to development of your 12–15 team members
  • Coordinate and manage tasks from quotation preparation through order management to invoicing
  • Manage existing (international) projects and develop new project ideas
  • Continuously optimize your teams and customer situations by leveraging existing tools, methods and processes
  • Coordinate and manage internal interface teams to meet customer requirements in terms of time, quality and budget

Requirements

  • Degree in business/commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of leadership experience in inside sales, ideally within an IT environment
  • Practical experience in virtual/remote leadership is desirable
  • Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support/account management
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
