About the role
- Take responsibility for the Quote-to-Cash value chain for dedicated customer teams
- Hold technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility — from headcount planning and recruitment to development of your 12–15 team members
- Coordinate and manage tasks from quotation preparation through order management to invoicing
- Manage existing (international) projects and develop new project ideas
- Continuously optimize your teams and customer situations by leveraging existing tools, methods and processes
- Coordinate and manage internal interface teams to meet customer requirements in terms of time, quality and budget
Requirements
- Degree in business/commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in inside sales, ideally within an IT environment
- Practical experience in virtual/remote leadership is desirable
- Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support/account management
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
