About the role

  • You deliver IT equipment to regional and occasionally nationwide locations.
  • You install or uninstall client systems and printers and ensure proper cabling of IT devices and accessories.
  • You perform initial configuration of PCs, laptops and printers and verify that everything is functioning correctly.
  • You receive hardware, unload it and unpack it.
  • You document your tasks and close them in the ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Technical affinity and experience working with IT hardware, as well as basic knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 3/B equivalent), willingness to work in the field and occasional nationwide assignments that may require overnight stays.
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Trustworthy handling of sensitive information.
  • Proof of measles vaccination, as some customer facilities require legally mandated proof.
