About the role
- You deliver IT equipment to regional and, occasionally, cross-regional locations.
- You install or uninstall client systems and printers and ensure the proper cabling of IT devices and accessories.
- You perform basic configuration of PCs, laptops and printers and verify that everything is functioning correctly.
- You receive hardware deliveries, unload and unpack them.
- You document your tasks and close them in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Technical affinity and experience handling IT hardware, plus basic knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems.
- Valid driving licence (Class B / former Class 3), willingness to work in field service and occasional cross-regional assignments with overnight stays.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Trustworthy handling of sensitive information.
- Proof of measles vaccination, as customer sites may include facilities for which such proof is legally required.
