About the role
- You deliver IT equipment to regional and occasionally nationwide locations
- You install or uninstall client systems and printers and ensure correct cabling of IT devices and accessories
- You perform basic configuration of PCs, notebooks and printers and verify that everything is working
- You receive hardware deliveries, unload and unpack equipment
- You document your tasks and close them in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Technical affinity and experience handling IT hardware, plus basic knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
- Driver's license (Class B), willingness to work in the field and to undertake occasional nationwide assignments with overnight stays
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Trustworthy handling of sensitive information
- Proof of measles vaccination, as some customer facilities require legally mandated proof.
