About the role

  • As a Service Manager (m/f/d) you are the central point of contact and trusted advisor for our client.
  • Your goal: excellent service quality and genuine partnerships that ensure lasting satisfaction.
  • In addition to your expertise, you bring empathy, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • As the link between our clients and colleagues, you promote open, appreciative collaboration and drive continuous process improvements.
  • You further develop each customer situation, identify needs and challenges early, and work with all stakeholders to find sustainable solutions.
  • You ensure that agreed services are delivered and communicate transparently to secure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Together with our Key Account Management team you work hand in hand to identify potential and develop strategies to expand the service business in a partnership-oriented way.

Requirements

  • Experience in Service Management – ideally with responsibility for complex professional services projects, stakeholder management and suppliers (internal/external).
  • Confident with numbers – you use profit & loss statements and KPIs confidently to make well-founded decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy – you build trusting relationships, communicate clearly and lead teams in a motivating way; initial experience in functional leadership is a plus.
  • On-site customer enthusiasm – you enjoy being present in person (nationwide) and making our services tangible.
  • Basic knowledge of IT management according to ITIL and a sense for commercial opportunities.
  • Confident language skills – business fluent in German and proficient in English to present professionally in all situations.
  • A sense of humor as a strength – you have the ability to create a positive atmosphere even in challenging moments and keep teams together with a smile.
