About the role
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines
- Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms (IDPs)
- Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms
- Champion platform adoption and support teams using the platform
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure platform services align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience designing secure, compliant, and high-performing platforms
- Ability to coach and mentor developers and junior engineers
- Desirable: Certifications in ITIL, SAFe, or DevOps
