About the role

  • Provide transformative technology solutions to companies
  • Lead architecture, design, deployment, and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell PowerFlex
  • Conduct workshops and internal technical training for VCF and PowerFlex
  • Oversee integration with third-party tools
  • Create and deliver technical documentation and best-practice guidelines
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts and proposals for VCF and PowerFlex projects
  • Maintain familiarity with VMware’s evolving VCF portfolio
  • Troubleshoot multi-vendor issues and create remediation plans
  • Achieve and maintain industry and partner-focused certifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in large enterprise environments
  • Proficient in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell PowerFlex
  • Professional vendor certifications highly preferred (e.g., VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Dell PowerFlex Specialist certification)
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong understanding of VCF components and PowerFlex architecture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead project teams
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Experience with Linux and shell scripting (bash/zsh/sh)
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and High-Availability concepts
