About the role

  • You are responsible for and increase business volume with existing customers by identifying upselling opportunities.
  • You maintain and develop key long-term relationships with our customers.
  • You work closely with our sales team, support it in identifying business opportunities, and optimize existing contracts.
  • You collaborate with Inside Sales, Service Management, and Solution Management and are responsible for the success and growth of customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales as well as in developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to individual customer needs
  • Workplace sales experience and a strong network in Workplace Solutions — both within the Computacenter portfolio and across the market and with vendor partners
