• Manage administrative and technology projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope and quality.
• Monitor obligations, tracking deliverables, outstanding items and schedules.
• Follow up on and oversee team requests, ensuring alignment and productivity.
• Manage tickets and processes using the ServiceNow SPM model.
• Administer and monitor the company’s administrative systems.
• Support the organization of internal processes and continuous improvement of routines.
• Prepare management reports and project performance indicators.
• Participate in alignment meetings with internal departments and suppliers.
• Assist with budget control and financial monitoring of projects.
• Ensure documentation and regular updating of project information.
• Support priority setting and management of simultaneous requests.
• Act as a focal point between administrative, operational and IT areas.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups with the team and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions for ongoing projects.
