Support mission-critical cloud and infrastructure environments.
Planning, coordination, and delivery of IT support services.
System installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.
Ensuring high levels of system availability, performance, and security.
Support operations in compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.
Respond to incidents and service requests.
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Requirements

Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing including hands – on experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) IT hosting solutions.
Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions.
Two (2) of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in the use of software and hardware.
Required Certifications – A combination totaling at least three (3), one (1) from each listed below: IAT-II Certification, Cloud Engineer or Cloud Architect Certification, Cloud Solutions Certification.
Must have ACTIVE Top Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this role.
