Key responsibilities & impact

Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources
Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well-being strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field
Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Polish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
Ability to provide client-centered support with strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations
