About the role
- Provide oversight for initiatives requiring project management impacting the Behavioral Health Product and Customer Success team
- Develop relationships and ensure excellent service delivery to all customers
- Lead and manage an administrative team that supports the Customer Success Account Managers
- Prioritize and complete projects with focus on customer impact and revenue
- Support initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Behavioral Health department
- Create, maintain, and manage all content within Behavioral Health systems as central repository for policies, procedures, and resources
- Lead and coordinate health fair season initiatives including logistics, materials, and representation requests
- Oversee and maintain ownership of the company’s online platform tool
- Maintain Customer Success department calendar, curriculum, and meeting operations
- Manage activation of customer access delivery modalities (chat, online scheduling, waitlist scheduler, and other systems)
- Own, compile, and audit critical tracking tools including retention, upsell, termination, and account health records
- Act as liaison to resolve system-related issues and build cross-departmental relationships
- Mentor other project managers and support resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of project management experience required
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a diverse group of people
- High level of organizational aptitude
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
