About the role

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality behavioral health professionals
  • Implement a range of traditional and creative sourcing strategies
  • Lead and execute international recruitment efforts
  • Assess provider credentials, experience, and fit
  • Negotiate provider rates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support network expansion initiatives
  • Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom/Teams
  • Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends in provider recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Networks, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on tasks to completion
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Energetic and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organization with excellent time management and follow-up abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Proven ability to consistently meet daily performance targets and productivity goals
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and coach hiring managers
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
  • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
