About the role
- Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
- Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient
- Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of professional business experience preferred
- Experience working in an Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry preferred
- Strong web based research skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
