About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help borrowers become mortgage-ready and guide them through the loan process from application to closing
Prequalify borrowers, issue accurate pre-approvals, and manage the loan pipeline to ensure on-time closings
Work closely with the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and referral partners to create a smooth and exceptional client experience
Maintain professional communication in all calls and emails
Deliver a concierge-level experience for borrowers and referral partners
Stay up to date on investor guidelines and program changes
Attend team pipeline meetings and collaborate with processing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain immediately)
3+ years’ experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
Strong knowledge of DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
Experience with Loan Origination Systems, such as: ARIVE, LendingPad, Encompass
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to collaborate with team members across departments
Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
