About the role
- Attracting new clients and identifying potential prospects within established portfolio
- Generating revenues from new and existing clients through account additions and cross-selling products
- Performing customer due diligence, including customer interviews and documentation gathering
- Complying with all BSA, KYC, bank policies, and relevant laws
- Responding to BSA requests and ensuring customer profile information remains current
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Five (5) years of banking related experience in product sales and servicing customers in international/private banking branch operations
- Knowledgeable on internal bank operations (new accounts, wire transfers, debits/credits) and banking and/or investment products to cross-sell
- Must be able to travel and visit prospected new clients
- Preferable work experience in international/private banking branch environment
- Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 securities license(s), and / or the State of Florida 2-14 or 2-15 insurance license(s) highly preferred
- Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and verbal communication (English/Spanish and Portuguese preferred) skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Software (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
