About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full customer journey from signed contract through go-live
  • Lead implementation planning, integrations, data loads, SSO, UAT, and launch
  • Build REST API and S3-based integrations from customer systems into CoAnalyst
  • Create field mappings and validate data
  • Script, debug malformed payloads, and troubleshoot production issues
  • Manage SSO federation using AWS Cognito and enterprise identity providers
  • Configure user groups and access models
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and steering calls
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and escalation path during onboarding
  • Create playbooks, reusable tooling, documentation, and welcome packages
  • Feed customer insights and improvement recommendations into product and engineering
  • Handoff customers to ongoing support after a successful go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuinely hybrid profile combining engineering, project management, and customer-facing experience
  • Real evidence of engineering, project management, and customer-facing work
  • Hands-on capability in Python, TypeScript, or similar
  • Ability to build integrations, write data mappers, and troubleshoot production issues independently
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Working knowledge of data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of enterprise authentication, including SSO, OIDC, and SAML
  • Track record delivering complex enterprise implementations or integrations with multiple stakeholders on both customer and employer sides
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Sound judgment regarding customer commitments
  • Proactive ownership and ability to resolve risks before escalation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, occasionally ambiguous environment
  • Availability to travel for on-site customer work up to 40% of the time, sometimes at short notice
  • Eligible to travel internationally without restriction
  • Able to obtain relevant visas as needed
  • Python/TypeScript capability will be tested at interview stage
  • Experience in aviation, travel, or other regulated industries is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with large-scale data migrations or data quality is a nice-to-have
  • Exposure to AI/ML products is a nice-to-have
  • Experience building implementation playbooks or reusable delivery frameworks is a nice-to-have
