Account Executive

• Generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within Comply365’s Growth Segment
• Source, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities in a short-cycle SaaS sales environment
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and participate in inbound and outbound demand generation activities
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close and coordinate post-sale hand off to delivery and support teams
• Articulate product value propositions and involve Solution Consultants as needed

Prospect Account Executive

Customer Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries across Safety, Training, and Content products
• Manage and own structured ticket intake, triage, and prioritisation through Jira Service Management
• Ensure all tickets are accurately classified, fully documented, and aligned with defined SLA requirements from initial creation
• Resolve known and recurring issues efficiently using approved documentation, standard procedures, and internal knowledge resources
• Deliver clear, professional, and customer-focused communication throughout the full Level 1 support lifecycle
• Facilitate high-quality escalations by providing advanced support teams with complete, accurate, and actionable case information
• Identify Severity 1 and 2 incidents promptly and activate appropriate escalation or emergency response procedures
• Monitor SLA response and resolution targets proactively to prevent service breaches
• Contribute to a seamless, consistent, and high-quality global Customer Support experience across all product lines
• Recognise recurring issues and trends, and actively support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and product quality

1st Level Support Agent

Project Manager

• Responsible for the planning and execution of the Project Management Plan
• Lead a cross functional team of professionals in ensuring project expectations are agreed and met
• Work closely with the Business Consultant team to ensure a smooth process from commercial engagement through to project delivery
• Provide structured customer feedback based on customer interaction
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of delivery, including scope tracking, sequencing, and milestone management
• Perform project risk and issue assessment, mitigation planning, and reporting
• Manage stakeholder expectations and articulate the value proposition of products and services
• Ensure readiness for training, launch, and adoption; define adoption metrics prior to go-live
• Facilitate project evaluations, retrospectives, and structured root-cause analysis

Events

• Support LinkedIn content related to events, sponsorships and speaking slots.
• Assist with pre-event promotional posts.
• Create post-event “wrap-up” social posts.
• Use Figma and LinkedIn to support content creation.
• Coordinate hotel room bookings including managing room blocks and ensuring all team members and customer speakers are accounted for.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of hotel allocations and overall numbers.
• Support coordination of group transport (buses, shared Ubers, etc.) based on flight schedules.
• Assist with venue logistics including food & beverage selections for conference days.
• Support evening event coordination (venues, transport, event details for apps/microsites and customer communications).
• Provide general logistics support such as restaurant bookings for customer networking events.
• Maintain and update a master registration spreadsheet, adding daily registrations from CrowdComms.
• Create and manage name badge files for printing.
• Print name badges and manage name badge ordering.
• Track event attendance requirements in collaboration with the Event Marketing Lead.
• Register team members for events as required.
• Lead the branded shirt project for our customer conference end-to-end: Work with designers on multiple design options
• Source suitable vendors (UK, US, Austria)
• Determine quantities and size breakdowns
• Plan distribution at events
• Source and organise event merchandise, giveaways and gifts (e.g. pens, stickers, flight tags)
• Manage merchandise orders and shipments to event venues
• Source speaker gifts and prizes for innovation or customer contests
• Coordinate lanyard designs and ordering, including colour-coding by product track
• Update team training presentation decks from previous years.
• Format customer contest presentations using branded templates.
• Finalise presentation decks, including ordering, formatting, title slides and connector slides.
• Ensure presentations follow the agreed running order and session flow.
• Support booth and furniture orders for industry events.
• Ensure business cards, marketing collateral and materials are supplied for events.
