About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within Comply365’s Growth Segment
  • Source, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities in a short-cycle SaaS sales environment
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and participate in inbound and outbound demand generation activities
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close and coordinate post-sale hand off to delivery and support teams
  • Articulate product value propositions and involve Solution Consultants as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills (ref: TOEIC > 700 or similar)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of aviation SaaS sales or account management experience, preferably in aviation SMB/high-velocity environments
  • Strong qualification, prioritization, and time-bound closing skills
  • Clear communication and consistent value-based selling
  • Thai citizenship or a valid work permit for Thailand
