About the role
- Develop authoritative, educational, and thought leadership content that helps clients understand evolving regulatory requirements.
- Transform complex regulations into actionable insights and build scalable educational frameworks for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory clarity and trust in Comply's offerings.
- Produce materials such as whitepapers, briefings, and webinars that reinforce regulatory thought leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or financial services content strategy.
- Deep understanding of financial regulation (SEC, FINRA, state, and/or global equivalents).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory information into clear, client-ready content.
- Experience creating client education frameworks, in-app learning journeys, or similar enablement programs.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across business, legal, and technology functions.
- Prior experience as a regulator (SEC and/or FINRA), in-house compliance/operations role, reg tech firm, or compliance-focused SaaS environment preferred.
