• Advise SME and large enterprise clients on optimizing their SAP licenses and contracts
• Prepare business cases and support contract negotiations
• Conduct license requirement analyses for existing and planned SAP system landscapes
• Advise internal stakeholders on license models, usage scenarios and compliance requirements
• Assess license-related risks and define appropriate measures to mitigate them
• Monitor and manage current SAP license usage (users, engines, Digital Access, infrastructure add-ons)
• Ensure compliance with all relevant SAP licensing and contractual terms
• Prepare and support SAP measurements (USMM, LAW, PCE metering) and audits
• Develop and maintain a continuous license management process
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the license landscape
• Derive strategic recommendations for future SAP investments
• Produce reports, analyses and decision papers for management
• Regular internal knowledge-sharing on market developments and knowledge transfer to junior colleagues

• As a Consultant in IT Contract & Provider Management, you will advise mid-sized companies and large corporations on IT provider management, contract management and Software Asset Management.
• You will support our clients in complying with relevant internal and external compliance requirements and in increasing efficiency within their provider landscape, contract portfolio or individual suppliers.
• After an initial optimization phase, you will continuously develop the organization, processes and systems related to these areas at our clients.
• In doing so, you will apply your methodological knowledge in project, process and risk management.
• Internally, you will regularly exchange insights in our knowledge-management formats about market developments and pass on your knowledge to more junior colleagues.
