• As an SAP Licensing Consultant, you advise customers in small/medium-sized businesses and large corporations on optimizing their SAP licenses and contracts, prepare business cases, and support contract negotiations.
• Perform license requirement analyses for existing and planned SAP system landscapes
• Advise internal stakeholders on licensing models, usage types and compliance requirements
• Assess licensing risks and derive appropriate measures to mitigate those risks
• Monitor and manage current SAP license usage (users, engines, Digital Access, infrastructure add-ons)
• Ensure compliance with all relevant SAP licensing and contractual terms
• Prepare and support SAP consumption measurements (USMM, LAW, PCE metering) and audits
• Develop and maintain a continuous license management process
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the license landscape
• Derive strategic recommendations for future SAP investments
• Evaluate new SAP licensing models such as SAP Cloud ERP Private or Public (RISE / GROW)
• Prepare reports, analyses and decision papers for management

• As a Senior Consultant / Manager Software Asset Management / Cloud FinOps, you advise large corporate clients and major mid-sized companies on the most cost-effective licensing options and on the efficient use of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Possible project tasks may include: assessing the maturity of software asset and license management and/or Cloud FinOps
• Introducing Software Asset Management roles and processes
• (License) requirements analysis, contract preparation and negotiation of software license agreements
• Optimizing ongoing Software Asset Management (SAM) operations
• Establishing Cloud FinOps roles and activities
• Reporting on and optimizing license and cloud costs
• Delivering training on Software Asset Management and Cloud FinOps
• You will regularly exchange insights with our other SAM and Cloud FinOps experts on market developments and share your knowledge with colleagues
