• Conduct license requirement analyses for existing and planned SAP system landscapes
• Advise internal stakeholders on licensing models, types of usage and compliance requirements
• Assess licensing risks and derive appropriate measures to minimize risk
• Monitor and manage current SAP license usage (users, engines, Digital Access, infrastructure add-ons)
• Ensure compliance with all relevant SAP licensing and contractual conditions
• Prepare and support SAP measurements and audits (USMM, LAW, PCE metering)
• Develop and maintain a continuous license management process
• Identify cost-saving potentials and optimize the license landscape
• Derive strategic recommendations for future SAP investments
• Evaluate new SAP licensing models such as SAP Cloud ERP (Private and Public) (RISE / GROW)
