• As a Consultant in IT Contract & Provider Management, you will advise mid-sized companies and large corporations on IT provider management, contract management and Software Asset Management.
• You will support our clients in complying with relevant internal and external compliance requirements and in increasing efficiency within their provider landscape, contract portfolio or individual suppliers.
• After an initial optimization phase, you will continuously develop the organization, processes and systems related to these areas at our clients.
• In doing so, you will apply your methodological knowledge in project, process and risk management.
• Internally, you will regularly exchange insights in our knowledge-management formats about market developments and pass on your knowledge to more junior colleagues.

Operations

• As a (Senior) Consultant Software Asset Management / Cloud FinOps (m/f/d) you advise large corporate clients and major mid-sized companies on the most cost-effective licensing options and on the efficient use of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Possible project tasks include: assessing the maturity level of software asset and license management
• Introducing Software Asset Management roles and processes
• (License) requirements analysis, contract preparation and negotiation of software license agreements
• Optimization of ongoing Software Asset Management (SAM) operations
• Establishing Cloud FinOps roles and activities
• Reporting on and optimizing license and cloud costs
• Delivering trainings on Software Asset Management and Cloud FinOps
• You will regularly exchange information with our other SAM and Cloud FinOps experts about market developments and pass your knowledge on to colleagues.

• Als (Senior) Consultant Software Asset Management / Cloud FinOps berätst Du Konzerne im Großkundenumfeld sowie große Mittelständler hinsichtlich der bestwirtschaftlichsten Lizenzierungsmöglichkeiten sowie zur effizienten Nutzung von Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Mögliche Projektaufgaben können sein: Reifegradbestimmung des Software Asset und Lizenzmanagements
• Einführung von Software Asset Management Rollen und Prozessen
• (Lizenz-) Bedarfsermittlung, Vertragsvorbereitungen und -verhandlungen von Software-Lizenzverträgen
• Optimierung des laufenden Software Asset Management (SAM)-Betriebs
• Etablierung von Cloud FinOps Rollen und Tätigkeiten
• Reporting und Optimierung von Lizenz- und Cloudkosten
• Trainings zu Software Assets Management und Cloud FinOps
• Dazu tauschst Du dich regelmäßig mit unseren anderen SAM und Cloud FinOps Experten zu Marktentwicklungen aus und gibst dein Wissen an weitere Kolleg:innen weiter.
