Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience leading a BDR team in a SaaS-based environment
- Familiarity with SaaS and healthcare markets
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and sequences)
- Decisions grounded in data
- Deep experience with outbound calling and objection handling
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
