About the role
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees
- Maintain employee records and internal documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and requests
- Assist with benefits enrollment logistics and employee communications
- Support compensation, payroll coordination, and compliance-related paperwork (in partnership with Finance and leadership)
- Assist with performance management processes and internal tracking
- Support basic people operations processes as the company grows (training provided)
- Post open roles and manage incoming applications
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Support hiring managers with scheduling and logistics
- Keep the office organized, functional, and welcoming
- Assist with scheduling, internal coordination, and light administrative tasks
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in office operations, administrative support, HR or coordination roles
- Is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Has strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Enjoys being the go-to person others rely on
- Is comfortable working in-office on a hybrid schedule
- Is eager to learn people operations and grow with the company
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
