About the role

  • You handle pre-qualified support tickets that cannot be resolved by our Direct Support (remote and on-site at the client)
  • You resolve software, network, and server issues within our clients’ systems (remote and on-site at the client)
  • You perform installations and configuration changes at the client that are outside of projects (remote and on-site at the client)
  • You support the Direct Support team with technical challenges and incidents they cannot resolve on their own
  • You take responsibility for documenting IT systems and any changes you make to them

Requirements

  • Completed technical training with relevant professional experience
  • You are well versed in common server and network technologies such as Windows Servers, firewalls, and patch management solutions
  • You can manage IT projects from assessment through planning and execution to successful completion
  • A systematic approach to challenges is natural to you and you maintain an overview even in difficult situations
  • Communication is one of your strengths and you can remain calm in crisis situations
  • You enjoy learning something new every day
  • You can take responsibility, have a friendly demeanor, and are customer-oriented
  • You hold high standards for the quality of your work
  • You are a team player
