Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsibility for the company’s finance and HR processes – from invoice verification to reporting and full personnel administration
• Act as a support contact for the tax advisory firm / external payroll provider (accounting, payroll, document management, provisions, etc.)
• Build and further develop a professional controlling function and HR controlling – including KPI systems, forecasting and budget planning
• Invoice review & payment approvals – you ensure everything is handled cleanly and transparently
• Receivables management – monitoring open items, coordinating with customers and ensuring a smooth dunning process
• Preparation of reports, analyses and decision papers for management
• Liquidity planning, cash-flow monitoring and coordination with banks, insurers and service providers
• Support in optimizing administrative processes (e.g., tools, workflows, reporting structures)
