About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work across Consulting Operations, Sales, Talent, and other teams to understand workflows
Identify inefficient, inconsistent, or failing processes and diagnose root causes
Recommend practical solutions to improve broken or slow processes
Build and implement fixes through new processes, documentation, or lightweight automation
Document key processes and institutional knowledge
Partner with leadership and team leads to translate priorities into operational improvements
Use CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lightweight automation/AI tools to implement recommendations
Improve structure, automation, and continuous improvement across CompassX’s internal operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, or a similar hands-on role
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Ability to diagnose root causes rather than patch symptoms
Comfortable using or quickly learning CRM, spreadsheet, and lightweight automation/AI tools
Excellent written communication for process documentation and recommendations
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Confident and diplomatic communication across teams and leadership
Takes initiative and moves work forward independently
Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and learning new tools or approaches
Willing to handle both high-visibility process improvements and basic administrative work
Must be able to work without employer sponsorship
