About the role
- Responsible for modeling Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the program.
- Supervise, coach, and educate staff.
- Review profit and loss statements and manage budgetary control.
- Work with the Director of Clinical Services for growth strategies.
- Handle service failures and maintain high patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related Human Services field strongly preferred.
- Active RN License in state of employment required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in the healthcare industry required.
- Total of five (5) years supervisory experience required.
