About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Home Health Executive Director oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the program.
- Works in union with the Regional Vice President to ensure a quality business operation.
- Supervises, and provides coaching and education for staff.
- Reviews profit and loss statements, anticipates risks, and meets budgetary control.
- Explores resources for revenue improvement and expense reduction.
- Works in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services and Strategic Development for growth strategies.
- Maintains a positive image in the community and reviews daily operating reports.
- Partners with Human Resources in recruitment and hiring to ensure legality and consistency.
- Creates a positive climate in which each team member feels valued and engaged.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related Human Services field strongly preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in the healthcare industry required.
- Prior home health experience strongly preferred.
- Total of five (5) years supervisory experience required.
