💰 $37,170 - $57,710 per year

About the role

  • Provide grief intervention and counseling to bereaved individuals.
  • Facilitate support groups and assist in programs as assigned.
  • Participate in community education to promote understanding of grief.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client demographics, medical and financial information at all times.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures including regulatory requirements with regard to infection control.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, psychology, social work or theological studies/pastoral ministry.
  • 3 years Post-Master's work experience.
  • 2 years in Health care services setting.
  • 1 year Experience providing grief counseling to children and families.
  • 1 year Experience in interpersonal communications, group process development and facilitation.
  • Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License or Washington Mental Health Counselor License or relevant certifications.
