Requirements
- Associate degree Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
- Current, unencumbered (State Employed) License as a Physical Therapy Assistant within 30 days of hire (preferred)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
