About the role
- Responsible for modeling Compassus values and promoting the Compassus philosophy.
- Assess the quality of care provided to home health patients, families, and staff.
- Audit documentation and review clinical performance data for compliance.
- Participate in activities for survey readiness and provide education for clinical development.
- Collaborate with Program leadership and report deficiencies to appropriate staff.
- Own monthly Home Health Clinical Scorecard and ensure reviews are completed.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy education program required.
- Advanced degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent home care experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health QAPI or QA related field preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience with point of service electronic documentation, HCHB preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license required.
