About the role
- Responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation.
- Responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and promoting positive working relationships within the company.
- Assesses the quality of care provided to hospice patients, families, and staff.
- Monitors documentation, compiles regular reports, and works closely with program leadership.
- Owns ensure H.A.R.S audits are completed and accurate.
- Leads/Ensures outside audits are responded to accurately and timely.
- Manages clinical action planning for services scores and Star Ratings.
- Participates in the development and update of patient care policies and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred but other degrees will be given consideration.
- Three (3) years of clinical experience required.
- Experience in quality assessment, quality management, or data analytics a plus.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems a plus.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state of employment, in addition to every state in the Region this role will be covering required.
- Current CPR certification required.
