About the role

  • Responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation.
  • Responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and promoting positive working relationships within the company.
  • Assesses the quality of care provided to hospice patients, families, and staff.
  • Monitors documentation, compiles regular reports, and works closely with program leadership.
  • Owns ensure H.A.R.S audits are completed and accurate.
  • Leads/Ensures outside audits are responded to accurately and timely.
  • Manages clinical action planning for services scores and Star Ratings.
  • Participates in the development and update of patient care policies and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred but other degrees will be given consideration.
  • Three (3) years of clinical experience required.
  • Experience in quality assessment, quality management, or data analytics a plus.
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems a plus.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state of employment, in addition to every state in the Region this role will be covering required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
