About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures effective management, implementation, and compliance with government and other multilateral donors
- Acts as the main liaison between offices for management of major grants
- Leads administration of grant startups and supports monitoring and reporting
- Conducts regular compliance reviews and addresses management bottlenecks as needed
- Engages directly with donor representatives to facilitate compliance and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children
- Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children
- Must commit to and prioritize child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks, and activities across the ministry
- Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct
- Provides technical support and guidance to National Offices (NOs)
- Assists in developing work plans, implementation schedules, and performance benchmarks
- Must serve as a subject matter expert on the Core Grants Team and Grant Acquisition Team.
- Experience in grant management or related field.
