About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensures effective management, implementation, and compliance with government and other multilateral donors
Acts as the main liaison between offices for management of major grants
Leads administration of grant startups and supports monitoring and reporting
Conducts regular compliance reviews and addresses management bottlenecks as needed
Engages directly with donor representatives to facilitate compliance and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children
Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children
Must commit to and prioritize child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks, and activities across the ministry
Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct
Provides technical support and guidance to National Offices (NOs)
Assists in developing work plans, implementation schedules, and performance benchmarks
Must serve as a subject matter expert on the Core Grants Team and Grant Acquisition Team.
Experience in grant management or related field.
