Lead the Marketing finance function to provide budgeting, forecasting, and key financial analysis such as return on marketing investments, predictive analytics and modeling, and allocation of scarce resources
Serve as the strategic financial partner to marketing leadership and provide direction through subordinate financial and business intelligence staff for global marketing, philanthropic engagement, and Compassion Ventures Group
Hire, discipline, terminate, coach, and manage performance of subordinate staff; assign, check, and approve work to achieve global strategies and objectives
Collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to development of functional strategy and decision-making based on operational priorities
Compile, prepare, and administer the annual budget and departmental expenses; ensure accountability and compliance with regulatory and board policies
Lead subordinate managers and staff to prepare regional or major group budgets and ongoing financial forecasting integrated with strategic planning
Lead major financial analysis projects and create financial models to support future planning decisions
Direct subordinate analysts to research global economic trends and ensure successful completion of responsibilities
Oversee financial issues including capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, operating records, and financial statements
Direct special projects related to finance and accounting such as process improvement, policy development, compliance programs, and ensure data integrity and business intelligence analysis
Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g MBA, Master’s of Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
10+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience leading teams
Prior experience in sales or revenue finance
Non-profit experience a plus
