About the role
- Plan, monitor, and manage internal marketing projects from initiation through completion for Compassion’s B2B team
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including print collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital deliverables
- Secure required resources and apply formal project management processes and tools
- Facilitate sprint planning, quarterly planning, and other project meetings
- Build and maintain project schedules, monitoring project health, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education, training and/or certification
- Three years relevant experience as a project manager; experience managing projects in marketing contexts strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience using a project management system for project/program/portfolio management; Workfront experience preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies including working in Sprints and performing backlog refinement.
