About the role
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children.
- Collaborate with and support TPMs and business owners in understanding strategic goals and envisioning possible solutions.
- Support the analysis phase of large initiatives, identifying problems, golden threads, and assessing benefits that inform business requirements.
- Develop and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and ministry goals.
- Participate in meetings with TPMs, Architecture and Product Owners to explain findings and represent business needs.
- Analyze processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and contribute to sustainable innovation efforts.
- Support the coordination among stakeholders and contribute to project teams, supporting systematic reviews and pilot efforts.
- Monitor analytics, mine data, and prepare insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating education materials and communications to support leadership understanding and engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Ability to develop clear, actionable business requirements for IT teams
- Effective communication and writing skills, with the ability to represent business needs in documentation and discussions
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Understanding of NGO environments and marketing in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
