About the role

  • Define, propose and evolve the solution architecture within the ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to software engineering best practices;
  • Assess, in the context of each client, the technical solution that best meets the presented requirements, always aligned with business needs;
  • Integrate the client's internal and external systems, promoting efficient, secure and scalable communication between different platforms;
  • Balance business priorities, company strategy and engineering best practices when defining the architecture;
  • Provide technical leadership to the squad (Front-end and Back-end), supporting the team in resolving technical impediments;
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring quality standards and Clean Code principles;
  • Act as a bridge between technical and executive areas, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Solid technical knowledge across multiple areas and technologies;
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating and defining technical solutions;
  • Experience defining and evolving solution architectures;
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices;
  • Experience in technical leadership of Front-end and Back-end development teams;
  • Experience with code reviews and application of Clean Code principles;
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills between technical and executive areas;
  • Business-oriented approach aligned with company strategy.
