About the role
- Define, propose and evolve the solution architecture within the ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to software engineering best practices;
- Assess, in the context of each client, the technical solution that best meets the presented requirements, always aligned with business needs;
- Integrate the client's internal and external systems, promoting efficient, secure and scalable communication between different platforms;
- Balance business priorities, company strategy and engineering best practices when defining the architecture;
- Provide technical leadership to the squad (Front-end and Back-end), supporting the team in resolving technical impediments;
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring quality standards and Clean Code principles;
- Act as a bridge between technical and executive areas, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge across multiple areas and technologies;
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating and defining technical solutions;
- Experience defining and evolving solution architectures;
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices;
- Experience in technical leadership of Front-end and Back-end development teams;
- Experience with code reviews and application of Clean Code principles;
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills between technical and executive areas;
- Business-oriented approach aligned with company strategy.
