About the role

  • Ensure the quality of chatbot solutions through manual and automated testing;
  • Design and execute functional, non-functional, regression, and usability test scenarios;
  • Collaborate with squads to understand business rules and product flows;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes;
  • Support log analysis and monitoring on GCP;
  • Validate chatbot flows and intents using NLP concepts.

Requirements

  • Experience in manual testing and test automation;
  • Knowledge of Playwright (JavaScript), Ruby for web, Playwright for mobile, and Behave (Python) for APIs;
  • Familiarity with GCP and a basic understanding of NLP;
  • Desirable: experience with CI/CD and version control;
  • Good communication, attention to detail, inquisitive mindset, and strong teamwork/collaboration skills;
  • Differentials: experience with chatbots, advanced NLP, GCP certifications, and monitoring tools.
