About the role

  • Conduct assessments of current environments, including discovery, workload analysis and technical recommendations;
  • Design AWS architectures and create technical diagrams, migration plans and detailed schedules;
  • Define migration strategies considering security, performance, scalability and cost optimization;
  • Support and execute migration delivery activities, ensuring adherence to the defined architecture and best practices;
  • Use migration and discovery tools such as RV Tools, AWS Migration Evaluator and AWS Application Migration Service;
  • Implement monitoring and post-migration performance optimization practices (CloudWatch, Dynatrace or similar);
  • Ensure compliance with AWS best practices and corporate standards;
  • Engage with stakeholders and present technical reports and migration status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AWS Cloud migration projects;
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS solution architecture (including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM and other services);
  • Experience with on-premises environments, including virtualization, networking and storage;
  • Experience with migration and discovery tools (e.g., RV Tools, AWS Migration Evaluator, AWS Application Migration Service);
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace or similar);
  • Ability to create clear, well-structured technical diagrams (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart);
  • Flexibility to operate in complex environments and handle scope changes;
  • Preferred: Fluent English.
