About the role

  • Define and evolve microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions;
  • Design event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub;
  • Define integration patterns and the use of LLMs, intelligent agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol);
  • Design the MCP Gateway architecture for secure integration between agents and external systems;
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, security, and observability of the solutions;
  • Provide technical support to development and product teams, acting as a technical reference.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect or equivalent role;
  • Strong experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions;
  • Experience with event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub);
  • Knowledge of integrating LLMs, intelligent agents, and AI-based architectures;
  • Experience with security, scalability, and observability best practices;
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and make architectural decisions;
  • Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI or agent platforms;
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol);
  • Desired: experience in hybrid cloud environments; participation in enterprise-scale projects.
