About the role
- Manage the Product Backlog, defining, prioritizing, and maintaining items aligned with BNB's strategic objectives.
- Ensure user stories are well-detailed, with clear and objective acceptance criteria.
- Adjust backlog priorities according to changes in context, regulations, and business needs.
- Maintain continuous alignment with stakeholders, collaborating with internal areas such as business and technology.
- Lead and present product enhancements to managers and sponsors.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, and Daily).
- Communicate the product vision, clarify questions from the development team, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Approve or reject deliveries based on predefined acceptance criteria.
- Translate strategic business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Map user journeys and use cases specific to the banking sector.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Analytical ability to make decisions based on context, impact, and business value.
